Healthy Tip of the Quarter
Stay Hydrated!

As the seasons change, it can be easy to forget the importance of hydration. Drinking enough water is essential for maintaining overall health, especially as the weather cools down. Here are a few tips to help you stay hydrated:

Set a Goal: Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day, or adjust based on your activity level and individual needs.
Keep Water Accessible: Carry a reusable water bottle with you throughout the day to make it easier to sip regularly.
Add Flavor: If plain water isn’t appealing, try adding slices of fruit, such as lemon, cucumber, or berries, for a refreshing twist.
Monitor Your Intake: Pay attention to signs of dehydration, such as dry mouth, fatigue, or dark urine, and increase your intake if needed.

Remember, staying hydrated supports your energy levels, concentration, and overall well-being. Cheers to good health!
